The original Urban Decay Revolution lipstick formula is one of my favorite lipstick formulas and lipstick designs. While I do enjoy their new and more affordable Vice range, I miss the old design which was so much more substantial and way cooler.

Sheer Liar is a warm pink-nude shade that looks pretty pink in the bullet. It's actually the last of these lipsticks that I purchased because I thought it might be too nude on me, but since my lips are pretty pigmented Sheer Liar actually looks just like a nude brown with a hint of pink. It's a perfect everyday shade, it's easy to throw on on-the-go and the formula is so hydrating and soft that it's a pleasure to wear.

Here is an older post where I share swatches of the other lipsticks from this range that I own, with lip swatches. This shade is still available in the new Vice range so I will link it HERE

These Pixi liquid lipsicks have one of the most comfortable formulas I have ever tried and the shade Evening Rose is my jam! Honestly, there are a handful that I am enjoying including a more nude shade and a pinkier color BUT Evening Rose is my favorite and I keep reaching for it.

I should have a post soon with swatches of the complete Pixi Beauty MatteLast Liquid Lip range, until then I have been sharing them a lot on my Instastories. If you've been looking for a very comfortable and more affordable ($14) liquid lip, I highly suggest checking these out! You can find these at Target as well as the Pixi website

I am obsessed with ColourPop Supershock Shadows these days. They are just the simplest way to go when it comes to either a one-shadow look or any look really. I love using a crease color and then placing any metallic super shock on my lids. Or of I am really in a hurry I will only use the super shock shadow and yet achieve a look that looks like I did a whole lot more. The shades I have been loving are: Nillionaire, Hammered and Stereo, which was my fave of last week.

ColourPop Supershock Shadows are only $5 and if you don't mind using your finger or a very flat shader brush then I highly recommend picking at least one up. I don't love the matte formula in this range as much but the metallics are simply incredible.

This palette is one of the favorite pieces in my collection by far. This was a holiday gift from my boyfriend during the first year that I really got into high-end makeup and I have always loved everything about it. I love the really cool, edgy design, I love the feel of the palette, it's super weighty and just feels substantial, plus I love each of the products inside.

This was a limited edition version of the palette and no longer available but Ulta does have another version available called the NARSissist Cheek Studio Palette. FYI: The new version is pricey at $55 - mine was $69 - but I do think it's worth it as long as you like and will use all the products in here. I did notice that the Ulta version has mixed reviews, so make sure you go in-store to swatch and test the palette yourself. I love mine so much that I would actually buy another if I could find a new one out there in the makeup-sphere.

Pinterest and I have never been the best of friends, I am just not one of the Pinterest gals. But it is something that I use for my actual blog work and it sucks how my follower count has always been in the 700's. About two weeks ago I downloaded the app, for like the millionth time, and actually set about to use it.

Since then I have acquired new followers, made tons and tons of new boards, and I am actually quite enjoying spending time looking through pins and putting those boards together. I am a really big fan of home decor but because we have so many cats right now it has become impossible to indulge in any sort of decorating and putting together dream boards in Pinterest has been a lot of fun.

I can't wait to see if my new devotion to the Pinterest app yields me more followers in the next months. I hope my new love for for pinning endures so I can really get those numbers up and continue to create really lust-worthy boards of things I will probable never own. Woe is me.
